By accessing or using any part of the ArcaneSheet application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

ArcaneSheet provides an AI-powered interface for generating digital creative content for tabletop roleplaying games. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain ownership of all original inputs, settings, and character parameters you provide to the Service.
• Generated Content: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content generated by the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Service Property: FableStream retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, algorithms, brand identity, and technical infrastructure of the Service.

4. Fair Use and Quotas

Users must adhere to the usage limits ("Credits") defined within the application interface. Any attempt to circumvent these limits via automation, scripting, or unauthorized account manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, FableStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of the United Kingdom.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend access to the Service at our sole discretion if these terms are violated, including the generation of prohibited or harmful content as defined by our safety protocols.
